Notes to Festival Organisers

Can we help you?  If you have any questions or need any advice or support in relation to your festival, please contact the NDFA Hon. Sec. who will forward your request to the appropriate Council member.

Please publicise the information about the 2010 British “All Winners” Festival in your Festival programme and advise your teams that the winner of your festival is eligible for invitation to take part. (This applies to Festivals which close on or before 13th June 2010 - winners of festivals closing after this date will be eligible for invitation to the 2011 All Winners Festival).

Please ensure that the results of your festival are notified to the NDFA as soon as possible after the conclusion of your festival. Please send the results whether or not your winners wish to be considered for the “All Winners”.  Forms are included at the back of the NDFA Directory or can be downloaded from here.

Adult/Open Festival Results, together with a copy of your Festival Programme and Marks Sheet, should be sent to:

This year, there will again be a Youth Section at the “All Winners”. If you run a Youth Festival or have a Youth Section in your festival, the Youth Group with the most points will be eligible for invitation to take part in the All Winners Festival. A separate entry form for the Youth Festival is included at the back of the Directory.

The NDFA Council Meeting, at which the groups to be selected and invited to participate in the 2010 British All-Winners Festival will be held on 19th June 2010.
