STRATEGIC PLAN
2009 -2012

1. Introduction

It is important for the Association to review and improve itself, to ensure it is meeting the requirements of its membership. The NDFA Council has therefore drafted a Plan of Action in order to deliver objectives it believes will ensure NDFA continues to grow and keep pace with change whilst keeping the needs of its membership at its heart.

The work being done by the NDFA Council will only be successful if members support that work and give feedback on what is working and guide Council as to where improvements could be made.

This Strategic Plan and the related Action Plan are designed to clearly show NDFA members the work their Council is undertaking on their behalf and the progress of that work. The Action Plan will be reviewed as part of each Council meeting and an update on yearly progress of the Strategic Plan will be delivered at each AGM. Ongoing information will be circulated in the newsletter and on the web site.
